Making changes
If you need to make any changes to your investments or personal details, here's where you can do it.
Changing my contributions
Check your Member Booklet/Benefits Schedule to see what contributions you are required to make.
If you want to make any changes to the amount you contribute, please contact your employer/payroll office. Your employer will then make the change to your salary.
If you're not saving through your employer (i.e. portability member) simply contact your bank to make changes to your contributions.
If you'd like to make a lump sum payment, send us a cheque made out to 'New Zealand Retirement Trust' with a covering note explaining where it is to be invested.
Before completing this, please refer to your Benefits Schedule or check with your employer to see what changes you can make as some plans have restrictions on investment options.
If you're a portability member, there are no restrictions on investment options.

Important: If you're reallocating your investments, we suggest you discuss it first with your Adviser to ensure you get the best out of your investments over the long term.
Update my contact details
To update your contact details, please send a signed letter advising the changes to the New Zealand Retirement Trust at the address below, or notify your employer.

Set up an automatic payment - Portability members only
To maintain your regular savings, complete this form and give it to your bank for processing. Make sure you include your account (login) number in the payee reference field so we can correctly identify your payments.
