Get the My AMP app

First ensure you are already registered to manage your accounts online with My AMP. If you are not already registered for My AMP you can register online now.

If you already have My AMP, download the app for your Apple or Android phone by going straight to the App Store or Google Play.

  1. Download My AMP app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Choose a four digit PIN – this will be your app login once set up
  3. Enter your My AMP username and password details.

You can access help on My AMP from the 'Help and education' menu.2

 

You can easily register for My AMP to start accessing your accounts. You will need the following information to successfully register for my AMP

  • Last Name.
  • Date of birth.
  • Member account number - you can find this on your welcome letter or annual statement.

You need to be a registered My AMP or My Portfolio customer to log into the new My AMP portal.

If you are an existing My Portfolio customer, you can login into My AMP using your existing My Portfolio username and password.
 

If you're an existing My Portfolio customer, you can login into My AMP using your existing My Portfolio username and password.
If you've forgotten your details you can go to 'forgotten username' or 'forgotten password' pages to reset online. Alternatively you can call AMP on 0800 808 267 for assistance.

If you have locked your account due to three incorrect password attempts, you can go to 'forgotten username' or 'forgotten password' pages to reset online. Alternatively you can call AMP on 0800 808 267 to unlock your account.

We will never email you a link to login to the My AMP secure site or request your username or password via an email. You can access your accounts via amp.co.nz

Now that we have launched My AMP, we have removed access to My Portfolio. You can now access and manage your accounts via the new My AMP portal.

All My Portfolio functionality is available on My AMP.

Unfortunately your Australian AMP products will not be available in My AMP. Please log in via amp.com.au to access your Australian AMP accounts. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve these via the login page.

Browsers supported include: Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11, Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
 

If you are already using the app and a registered My Portfolio user, you won’t be required to re-register for the app. However you will need to reset your pin and activate your My AMP account as part of the enrolment process if you haven’t logged into the new portal.

Unregistered My Portfolio and My AMP customers will need to register for My AMP portal to gain access through the app.
