My AMP is getting an upgrade. Soon you’ll be able to do more than ever to manage your KiwiSaver and investments online. You’ll be able to:

  • See more information about your accounts
  • Reset your password via text message
  • Request help, and track the status of your request
  • View and change your regular payments
  • Follow simpler steps to change your investment mix

To help prepare for changes to our business, we will be separating My AMP into two, one for KiwiSaver and investments and the other for life insurance.

If you’re a KiwiSaver or investments customer, from 29 July we will ask you to change your username to an email address for our newly upgraded My AMP. If you’re a life insurance customer, you’ll continue using your existing login details and we’ll direct you to the right place to access your information.

  2. Login using your existing My AMP username and password, or if you’re new to My AMP you can register in the app

Frequently asked questions

You can easily register for My AMP to start accessing your accounts. You will need the following information to successfully register for my AMP

  • Last Name.
  • Date of birth.
  • Member account number - you can find this on your welcome letter or annual statement.

You need to be a registered My AMP customer to log into My AMP portal.

If you have locked your account due to three incorrect password attempts, you can go to 'forgotten username' or 'forgotten password' pages to reset online. Alternatively you can call AMP on 0800 808 267 to unlock your account.

We will never email you a link to login to the My AMP secure site or request your username or password via an email. You can access your accounts via amp.co.nz

Unfortunately your Australian AMP products will not be available in My AMP. Please log in via amp.com.au to access your Australian AMP accounts. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can retrieve these via the login page.
