The Adviser Support Service supplied is distinguished by whether an Adviser is a QFE nominated representative or part of the non-QFE network.

QFE Support Services

This service provides Advisers with specialist support, cost savings and security:

  • Specialised regulatory support including Adviser Business Statement templates, Disclosure Statements templates and Compliance/Advice templates
  • Reduced overall cost of Adviser Business compliance
  • Reduced compliance risk
  • The ability of non-AFA's to sell AMP-issued Category 1 product if the Adviser is part of the AMP-related QFE and training requirements have been met
  • Access to QAN advice services through TapIn
  • Peace of mind that if things don't go as expected, professional and proven disputes resolution support is at hand

Non-QFE Support Services

This service provides Advisers with specialist support, cost savings and security:

  • Cost-effective access to Disclosure Statement templates and Compliance/Advice templates
  • Access to QAN advice services through TapIn
  • Dispute resolution services recommendations and discounts
  • Access to AMP's Education Exchange annual compliance review process, where Advisers can upload and store their compliance documents on an ongoing basis, and receive annual reminders to perform the process.
