SumExtra
SumExtra can provide the benefit of full replacement cost where loss or damage arises from any cause other than natural disaster or up to a further 10% of the home sum insured towards replacement cost where loss or damage is caused by natural disaster.
Temporary accommodation
When an insured event results in damage to your home making it unliveable, costs for temporary accommodation are covered for up to 12 months, with the most paid for under this benefit being 10% of the home sum insured. This benefit is paid in addition to the home sum insured.
Accidental damage at home
Cover for accidental loss or damage to your home.
Gradual damage
Up to $5,000 cover for gradual physical damage to your home resulting from water leaking or over flowing from any internal water system.
Legal liability
Cover for your legal liability to pay for loss or damage to someone else’s property.
