Making a top-up payment to your KiwiSaver, your investments, or your insurance is easy with a little help from AMP.


Choose the option that suits you best:

For a fast and easy way to top up your AMP KiwiSaver Scheme account, log in to MyAMP. In our mobile app MyAMP Mobile you can make a one-off payment. In MyAMP Online you can set up a regular payment or make a one-off payment.

With your bank's internet banking
With your bank's internet banking

You can make a one-off or regular payments using internet banking into your AMP KiwiSaver Scheme account or to pay your insurance.

Regular direct debit from your bank

There are several ways to set up a direct debit from your bank: you can do it online from your bank, log in to MyAMP Online, fill out the paper form, or give us a call on 0800 800 267 and we’ll set it up over the phone.

You can use your credit card to pay AMP Everyday home, car or contents cover through My Insurance Manager.

  • Make a payment to your New Zealand Retirement Trust (NZRT) account
  • Use your credit card to pay life insurance

KiwiSaver top up


A fast and easy way to make a one off payment or set up a regular direct debit

It's easy! All you need is:
 
  • Your MyAMP user name and password (or PIN for the app). If you don’t have a MyAMP account it’s easy to register
  • Your bank account number

Important: Please check with your bank as they may charge a one-off fee for this service.

How does it work?
 
  • Log into MyAMP Online and select a top-up amount (between $5 - $100,000) or set up a regular payment
  • Choose a bank account to make the payment from and confirm you’d like to proceed
  • An on-screen confirmation of your payment will appear and we'll send you an email with the details

Internet banking - make one-off or regular payments from your bank

What you will need:
- Your KiwiSaver number or policy number (i)
- Access to your banks internet banking portal

How does it work?
1. Log in to your bank's website
2. Select AMP from the list of payees
3. Choose the account applicable to your product (see the info below for help)
4. Follow the instructions

Code: your IRD number
Reference: your KiwiSaver member number

NZRT

If you’re making a payment to your New Zealand Retirement Trust (NZRT) account, please give us a call on 0800 800 267

Home, Car or Contents insurance

Account name: AMP-GENERAL INSURANCE (NZ BRANCH)
Code: Your client number (you can find this on your invoice. It's 7 digits; please include all zeros)
Reference: your policy number (you can find this on your invoice. It's 5 letters and 7 numbers; please leave out the dots)

My Insurance Manager - manage your AMP Everyday home, car, contents or landlord insurance policy, online – anytime, anywhere

What you will need:
- Your My Insurance Manager login and password
- Your credit card
- Payment reference number (i)
- An email address for us to send your payment receipt

How does it work?
1. Log in to My Insurance Manager
2. Select 'Update my policy'
3. Click 'Payment details'
4. Follow the instructions on screen

Paying by Direct Debit
