What is greenID and what information does it use?
The greenID service is provided by GBG (Australia) Pty. greenID verifies an individual’s identity using face biometric technology and authenticates identification documentation and addresses.
AMP use this service to support efficient and accurate customer on-boarding.

About the identity checking process
The Identify check only takes a few minutes. We’ll walk you through the process, you just need to take a photograph of your identify document and a selfie. The verification is completed online to help you join AMP faster.
It helps if you have your phone handy as this takes better photos than other devices, which will help in getting a positive verification outcome.
