Entry

 1. By entering this Prize-Draw, entrants acknowledge the AMP Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria and information on how to enter this Prize-Draw, and agree that AMP may use the personal information AMP holds about them to contact them if they are a Prize Winner.

2. Only Eligible Persons can enter this Prize-Draw. To be an Eligible Person, you must:
• have been invited to participate in this prize draw;
• have booked and attended a free 1:1 meeting with an AMP Workplace Adviser before 30 September 2025.
• be a New Zealand resident; and
• be 18 years of age or older.

3. Staff (including contractors) of AMP Services (NZ) Limited ("AMP") and their immediate families are not Eligible Persons and so they are not eligible to win this Prize-Draw.

The Prize Draw

 4. If an Eligible person books and attends (either in person or on a call) a free 1:1 meeting with an AMP Workplace Adviser by 30 September 2025 they will go in the draw to win a $1000 cash prize.

5. There will be one Prize-Draw. The Eligible Person will have one entry in the Prize-Draw. The winner of the Prize-Draw will be drawn at random from a pool of all Eligible Persons by AMP on 01 October 2025 (“Draw Date”).  

6. The first Eligible Persons whose name is randomly drawn will be the Prize Winner (“Prize Winner”).

7. The Prize Winner will receive a $1000.00 NZD cash once-off payment into their bank account once the account has been verified (the “Prize”).

8. The Prie Winner will be contacted by AMP and Insiders Limited using the details AMP holds on file for that customer to confirm delivery email addresses for the Prize.

9. AMP and Insiders Limited will make 3 attempts to contact the Prize Winner to confirm email addresses for the Prize.  If no response is received within 5 days from the third attempt, the Prize Winner will be deemed to forfeit any entitlement to a Prize and AMP will draw at random another Prize Winner from the pool of remaining Eligible Persons.  

10. The Prize will be paid by direct credit into a New Zealand bank account within 21 working days of receipt of requisite account/contact details from the Prize Winner.

11. The Prize will be paid in cash into the prize winners bank account and cannot be redeemed in any other way and it is not exchangeable or negotiable, nor is it transferable to any other person. 

12. Insiders Limited and AMP do not accept any responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant winning this cash Prize. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice. 

 13. The Prize Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities as and when requested by AMP for no additional compensation.  All material produced for such purposes shall remain the property of AMP. 

14. The Prize is not exchangeable or negotiable, nor is it transferable to any other person. Insiders Limited is solely responsible for paying the Cash Prize to the Prize Winner’s New Zealand bank account, on AMP’s behalf. 

15. An Eligible Person cannot win more than one Prize under this Prize-Draw.

General

16. The Prize Winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional and marketing activities as and when requested by AMP for no additional compensation.  All material produced for such purposes shall remain the property of AMP.

17. AMP reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner, and to disqualify any entry in the Prize-Draw in its sole discretion without giving reasons.

18. If AMP determines in its sole discretion that you have failed to comply with these terms and conditions in any way, AMP may take any action it considers appropriate and exclude you from further participation in this Prize-Draw or any future similar promotions AMP may run. 

19. AMP reserves the right to assess the validity of a Prize Winner’s participation in the Prize Draw, and to refuse or withdraw any Prize without any compensation.

20. In respect of any dispute regarding the Prize-Draw AMP’s decision is final.

21. By taking part in the Prize-Draw, you acknowledge that in making this Prize-Draw available to you, AMP has not made any recommendations and has not given any opinions or financial advice as to the suitability of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme or any of its funds for you, and whether in your specific circumstances you should make a contribution to the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme (unless you have asked for and received financial advice from one of our Advisers). You should make your own assessment about which AMP KiwiSaver scheme funds are suitable for you and whether you should make a contribution to the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme and seek professional financial advice if you are unsure. 23. While care has been taken to ensure that the information provided in relation to the Prize-Draw is accurate, no entity or person gives any warranty of reliability or accuracy or accepts any responsibility arising in any way including from any error or omission.

24. AMP, its agents and employees, and any related companies (as defined in the Companies Act 1993) of AMP including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited, are not liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with this Prize-Draw and / or any announcements made in connection with the Prize-Draw.

25. AMP may change the terms of, terminate or extend this Prize-Draw at any time without notice to entrants. No claim may be made against AMP or its agents, employees or contractors, or any related company (as defined in the Companies Act 1993) of AMP including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited, in connection with such extension, change or termination.

26. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

27. The Prize-Draw is run by AMP Services (NZ) Limited with its registered office at 29 Customs Street West, Auckland, CBD, Auckland 1010.
