Introduction

1. These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the “International HR Day Prezzy Card Giveaway” (the Promotion), which runs from 12 May 2026 to 12:00pm (NZT) on 10 June 2026 (the Promotional Period). By participating as an Eligible Person (defined below), you agree to these Terms.

2. The Promotion is offered by AMP Services (NZ) Limited (AMP), 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

3. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies the application of the Gambling Act 2003 and the Gambling (Lottery) Game Rules 2004.

4. In these Terms “you” or “your” refers to the participant in the Promotion.

What is the promotion offering?

5. If an Eligible Person enters the Promotion in accordance with these Terms during the Promotional Period, they will be entered into a random draw to win one of two (2) NZ$100 Prezzy Card gift cards (each, a Prize), to go towards a morning tea or any other spoil of the winner’s choice. The total prize pool is NZ$200.

6. To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Person must complete and submit the entry form on the AMP International HR Day landing page at amp.co.nz/landing-pages/hr-day by 12:00pm (NZT) on 10 June 2026. The entry form will ask you to provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, employer, and a short response to the question “Why is your team the best?”.

7. Each Eligible Person is entitled to one (1) entry in the Promotion. Multiple or duplicate entries from the same person will be disregarded.

8. The draw will take place on 11 June 2026 (Draw Date). Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The response to the question “Why is your team the best?” is collected for marketing and editorial purposes only and does not affect an entrant’s chance of winning.

9. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to confirm acceptance of the Prize, within ten (10) business days of the first notification attempt, AMP reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner from the pool of remaining Eligible Persons.

Who is eligible for the Promotion? 

10. The Promotion is only open to Eligible Persons. A person is an Eligible Person if they:

• are a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and

• have received the Promotion invitation, whether directly from AMP or via Human Resources New Zealand (HRNZ), as part of a distribution to HR and People Lead contacts.

11. Staff (including contractors) of AMP Services (NZ) Limited, and their immediate family members (being a spouse or partner, parent, child, sibling, or person living in the same household), are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

Prize terms

12. Each Prize is issued as a NZ$100 Prezzy Card, subject to the Prezzy Card terms and conditions available at prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, will not be paid out in any other form, and is not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable.

13. The Prezzy Card will be couriered to the winner within ten (10) business days of the winner confirming acceptance of the Prize and confirming a physical delivery address for the Prezzy Card.

14. The Prezzy Card expires on 31 October 2027. Winners should check and redeem the Prezzy Card before that date in accordance with the Prezzy Card terms and conditions linked above.

Other terms of the Promotion

15. Personal information provided when entering the Promotion (including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, employer, and response to the entry question) will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with AMP’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion, you agree that AMP may use this information to administer the Promotion (including contacting you if you are a winner) and to contact you about AMP’s products and services.

16. AMP reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner, in its sole discretion. Where practicable, AMP will notify the entrant of its decision and the reasons for it.

17. If AMP reasonably determines that you have failed to comply with these Terms or have acted fraudulently, AMP may take proportionate action including withholding or cancelling the Prize and excluding you from this or future promotions. Where practicable, AMP will notify you of its decision and the reasons for it.

18. AMP may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or amend these Terms where reasonable to do so, including where required by law, regulatory direction, or circumstances beyond AMP’s reasonable control. Where practicable, AMP will publish the updated Terms. Changes will not retrospectively affect entries validly made before the change takes effect, except where required by law or regulatory direction.

19. AMP’s decision is final in respect of any dispute regarding the Promotion.

20. By participating, you acknowledge that AMP has not given any financial or investment advice through the Promotion. The information provided in relation to the Promotion is general in nature and does not constitute financial, investment or professional advice. 21. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, AMP (including its officers, employees, agents, and related companies as defined in the Companies Act 1993, including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) arising in any way out of the Promotion.

22. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, Google LLC, or any other social media platform. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms prevail.
