Key Benefits

Legal liability

 

Cover for your legal liability to pay for loss or damage to someone else’s property, or bodily injury to other people. This is up to a maximum of $2,000,000 for property damage and $1,000,000 for bodily injury.

 

Retaining walls

 

We will pay for loss or damage to your retaining walls provided they have the appropriate local authority permit, consent or certificate. The maximum we will pay is $50,000.

Temporary accommodation

 

When an insured event results in damage to your home making it unliveable, costs for temporary accommodation are covered for up to 12 months, with the most paid for under this benefit being 10% of the home sum insured. This benefit is paid in addition to the home sum insured.
