AMP KiwiSaver Scheme - AMP "MOVE" Promotion 

Terms and Conditions (Updated: 28 March 2024)   

 

Introduction 

1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the “$100 MOVE” promotion (the Promotion) and run from 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2024 (the Promotion Period). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms.   
2. The Promotion is being offered by AMP Services (NZ) Limited (AMP), with registered offices at 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.   
3. In these Terms “you” or “your” refers to the reader or participant in the Promotion. 

What’s the offer? 

4. If an Eligible Person successfully applies to join the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme between 1 April 2024 to 31 December 2024 and uses the promo code “MOVE” in the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme online application form they will receive a $100 NZD GiftPay digital giftcard.    
 

Who is eligible for the Promotion?

5. To be eligible for the Promotion you must: 
i. successfully apply online to join or switch to the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme during the Promotion Period; 
ii. use the ‘MOVE" promo code in your online application;
iii. have not joined the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme through an external or workplace adviser, or via an Enterprise Partnership;
iv. are not already a member of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme as at 1 April 2024; and
v. are aged 18 or over at the time at which they submit their application to join the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme.

6. The digital giftcard will not be paid as cash or otherwise redeemed in any other way and it is not exchangeable or negotiable, nor is it transferable to any other person  
7.  AMP may in its absolute discretion and for any reason, accept, reject or postpone the processing of any application for membership of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme. The AMP KiwiSaver Scheme terms and conditions apply to applications for membership of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme.   
8. You have a choice of retailers to redeem the digital gift card which can be found here and the terms and conditions of the chosen retailer applies to the use of the digital gift card
9. AMP may, in its absolute discretion and for any reason whatsoever, accept, reject or postpone the processing of any application for membership of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme. The AMP KiwiSaver Scheme terms and conditions apply to applications for membership of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme. AMP will refund any funds received in respect of rejected applications as soon as practicable, without any interest applied to those funds.  
10. AMP reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this Promotion or change these Terms at any time and in its complete discretion. Any revision to these Terms will apply to all applications for membership of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme submitted after the date the revised Terms were published.  
11. If AMP determines in its sole discretion that you have failed to comply with these Terms in any way, AMP may take any action it considers appropriate, including cancelling the digital giftcard, and excluding you from further participation in this Promotion or any future similar promotions AMP may run.  
12. In respect of any dispute regarding the Promotion or the payment of the digital giftcard to an Eligible Person, AMP’s decision is final.  
13. By taking part in the Promotion, you acknowledge that in making this Promotion available to you, AMP has not made any recommendations and has not given any opinions or financial advice as to the suitability of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme or any if its funds for you (unless you have asked for and received financial advice from one of our Financial Advisers). The information provided in relation to the Promotion is of a general nature and does not constitute financial or other professional advice. 15. AMP, its agents and employees, and any companies related to AMP including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited, are not liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with this Promotion.
16. No claim may be made against AMP, its agents and employees, and any companies related to AMP including AMP Wealth Management New Zealand Limited, in connection with any extension, change or termination AMP may make to any of the Terms of this Promotion.
17. All personal information that you provide to AMP when you apply to join the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme (in order to become an Eligible Person of this Promotion) will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the AMP KiwiSaver Scheme.
18. This promotional offer is not valid in conjunction with any other gift-with-purchase offers or discounts.
